Founded by co-owners Marijke and Daniel, Element Performance was born from a shared passion for preserving classic cars and keeping combustion engines alive on the road. Both bring extensive experience and long-standing ties to the BMW brand: Marijke through her work in BMW Motorsport with JC Racing and AMSpeed as a race technician, and Daniel through his background in engine development and tuning with BDS Motorsport.
From the outset, our vision has been clear: to deliver high-quality workmanship grounded in honesty, transparency, and exceptional customer service.
